About The Smokin' Duck
The Smokin’ Duck is a family owned and operated small business that takes pride in every event we serve. A labor of love, all food is smoked for 10-12 hours on our 17ft smoker with oak wood. Our business started as a passion for slow smoked foods that we share with others in our spare time. As the passion grew and the demand increased, we realized that we wanted this to be a life long journey. We will always go above and beyond for our clients to provide the best tasting product.

We offer great corporate rates. we can supply companies with 25 and upwards of 2,000 employees. We offer shift work within companies that many other caterers do not offer. With a range of time going all throughout the night for the 3rd shift workers.
